The course has a theoretical part of about 8 hours and then the practical part.
At your first jump you will do a 40 second-free fall, with two instructors gripping you.
The practical part has 7 levels (jumps), in each of them the students have to show specific abilities. One of the advantages os this course is that the instructors accompany the student during the free fall, when they can, if needed, correct the position of the student.
The first three levels are with two instructors gripping the student. From level IV to VII, the student jumps with one instructor.
After the opening of the parachute, one instructor at the dropzone helps the navigation of the student by radio.
All jumps can be recorded and photographed by one cameraman.
